Thank you David, for your excellent input and
agricultural science lecturette on plant minerals
versus animal minerals etc....as well as the timing
of your message (See email message below). Those
who understand the critical pH issues of the body
understand that humans and animals operate much the
same....and the building blocks of life are the same
for plants, animals and human...
chlorophyll, oils (fats), water and salt or short
for C.O.W.S.

Those who understand the pH Miracle Living concepts
fully, including the science of the (not so)
"New Biology," the underpinnings of which have been
quietly hidden away from our awareness over the past
150 years, know that the "mineral block" and the
"salt lick" of which David speaks below are referred
to within the pH Miracle Living dietary regimen under
the name of two primary products: pHour Salts and
pHlavor Salts.

The pHour Salts consist of sodium bicarbonate,
calcium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, and
magnesium bicarbonate. These are four of the
alkaline (base) mineral salts which our body
consistently lacks. The American diet includes
SO MUCH ACID that our body literally steals or
leeches these critical minerals from the bones,
cartilage, etc of the body.

That's one of the reasons that older people get
smaller and begin to "shrivel up" as the bone
density and strength literally are stolen by the
body itself to protect the blood. This problem
also helps to explain osteoporosis, arthritis,
and other crippling foundational health challenges....

acidosis.

The best way that I know to offset the critical
shortage of these minerals is the following:

During the first urination of the morning, test
the pH level of the urine with pH Hydrion strips.
Any time that the urine falls below pH 7.0 or 7.2
(which will be often for 99% of Americans suffering
from a incredibly acidic diet), immediately take
about half a teaspoon of pHour Salts with 3-4 ounces
of water.

What has happened during the night is that the blood,
plasma and fluids of the body have been busy doing
their appropriate garbage collection, and thus,
neutralizing and escorting out of the body the
excessive acidity from which most of us suffer.
As the alkaline reserves of the body are used up as
we sleep, the pH of the urine steadily reflects
this falling level or availability.

Most of us want the body's janitorial service to be
neutralizing acids as we sleep. That's one of the
reasons that people eat like crazy on an alkaline
diet and still lose weight. Fat is nothing but
stored acid being kept away from the blood (pH 7.365).
People lose an average of 1 pound of acidic weight when
they start alkalizing.

When you wake up and find that your pH is 6.2,
you can be pretty sure that your body's ability to
neutralize acids has been waning and you want to
keep it well up in the 7s or higher. When it is
6.2. you probably haven't been losing much weight
while you sleep.

When you urinate at about 7 or 7.5 first thing in
the morning, especially if you are properly hydrated
and eliminate a quart or more of urine, you can say
"goodbye" to lots of fat and smile to yourself as you
start your day off right.

When so many foods that we eat show a pH of 3 and 4,
no wonder the body loses minerals or alkalizing salts
trying to deal with such a heavy load of acid.

95% of our grocery store foods are acid....or below
pH 7.0.

That's why you don't want to drink municipal water
around 6.0 and 7.0 in many cities. SOMETHING in the
body has to work hard to offset those acids or the
blood will eventually suffer. The body does a
thousand magic tricks to protect the blood. Most
of the tricks are described in diagnostic manuals
in the doctor's office. Allopathic doctors are
reasonably adept at diagnosing symptoms they call
disease and classifying them in books. It's what
to do about them that completely stumps them.

Nonetheless, when your blood falls to pH 7.0, you
are as good as dead!

The use of family or office "mineral blocks" and
"salt licks" for humans would not be considered
sanitary, although it really would be OK if everyone
had an alkaline body like it was designed. But we're
a bit more queasy than cows, deer, etc. Nonetheless,
you can go out and buy your mineral salts just the
same. But I guarantee that 90- 99% of those reading
this email need them EVERY DAY whether they know it

Last thought. When I test my saliva and urine 4-5
times during the day, I'm doing tests that your
doctor's office might charge you anywhere from $50
to $150 on up each time. Using one inch of pH Hydrion
paper costs about a nickel or a dime. The whole darn
strip costs is 15 feet long and around ten dollars.
I have never seen a better health-cost benefit in my
entire life....and I doubt you have either.

If you plan to see 100 to 150 some day, the sooner
you start this practice, the better.

are depleted in US crop soils. We only put three

we have in the US with obesity. We have what is
called in the animal industry a disease called
"pica" or "cribbing." We continue to eat food that
has very little content trying to satisfy our
cravings and cannot. So we eat more. A horse with
mineral deficiencies will eat the stall in an
attempt to get minerals...this is why we put out

No More Gout After 25 Years!

No matter what kind of health challenge you or a
loved one are experiencing, this story will provide
a little extra motivation and confidence.

This is a good account of one man's struggle that
you can share with any of those people that you are
trying to motivate to take better care of themselves.
I have heard so often that when we try and get some
people to take a closer look at the concept of pH
Miracle balancing, we find that telling them our
story is one thing, but when people hear about the
successful challenges of other people, they seem to
take it a bit more seriously. So, feel free to pass
along Tom's life-long struggle to anyone that you
think may benefit.

Dear Dr. Rob,

I've had twenty-five years of gout cured: I am 53
years young. I had my first gout attack at 28.

I tried all sorts of remedies that seemed to help
only to have them become less effective with time.
The slightest pain would put me into fear of another
acute attack. It was getting so bad that I would
spend 3 to 4 weeks in bed in excruciating pain. I
had to crawl to the bathroom. Gout was getting into
my elbows so I couldn't use crutches. A bed sheet
laying on the inflammation was excruciating.

I had it for 3 weeks and then a month or two later I
had another 4 week attack. I heard of Dr. Young years
before I got serious about his program. I knew the
green smoothies that he talked about made me feel better
but I was so addicted to the S.A.D.(standard American
diet), especially sugar, that I couldn't stomach greens.

The last gout attack hit me after eating a whole bag
of cookies. I couldn't stay away from the refined
sugar no matter how hard I tried. I knew sugar would
torture me, yet I kept going back. It was worse then
any drug I could imagine. I always thought I could get
away with eating sugar, coffee, alcohol and other high
acid foods, but never could.

Finally, I picked up Dr. Youngs book "The PH Miracle."
All the foods he claimed were acidic, I noticed triggered
attacks in me, including foods that many considered to
be health foods like mushrooms, spirulina, blue green
algaes.

Also, I noticed that some foods that alternative health
books claimed I should not eat, never seemed to bother
me. Foods like tomatoes & night shade vegatables.
Although potatoes were one night shade, they did bother
me. Interesting enough, Dr. Young recommended avoiding
eating potatoes, especially white skin potatoes. For my
body, everything he said rang true.

So, after 3 weeks of torturous pain from another attack,
I ordered Dr. Young's complete program of Liquid
colloidals, capsules, pH drops and greens along with
some healing soup recipes that Arnold sent me.

After starting the program, in two days I could get
out of bed. After a week, I could walk normally.
After completing the program I felt 10 years younger.
It was truly a miracle, although I still had an addiction
that I was having a hard time breaking. Every time
I had the least bit of sugar it flared up again.

Of course, that was in Dr. Young's book also. True to
his words, the least little bit of sugar was like
throwing white gas on a fire. I erupted with another
gout attack and then back on his program I would go.

broke and I returned to health.

I still have a ways to go, but now I can enjoy life

Natural Antioxidants Help To Reverse Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Millions of children in the United States are
diagnosed every year with Attention Deficit
Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and until this
time the primary treatment has been the use of
acidic stimulant medications such as Ritalin.

A new European study shows, however, that an
antioxidant plant extract called Pycnogenol
from the bark of a French pine tree may reduce
ADHD.

According to the study, Pycnogenol works by
buffering acidic stress hormones, which in
turn lowers the acids of adrenaline and
dopamine, thereby improving children's
attention and reducing hyperactivity.

In a study of 57 nine-year-olds in Slovakia, 41
patients received Pycnogenol and 16 received a
placebo for one month. Acidic stress hormones
were measured in the children before, during,
and after the treatment. The acid adrenaline was
reduced by about 26 percent while taking Pycnogenol,
and the acid dopamine by about 10 percent. Both
rose again when Pycnogenol was discontinued.

"The findings acknowledge that children with ADHD
have dramatically elevated levels of stress hormones
known to increase heart rate and blood pressure,
causing excitement, arousal and irritability, as
compared to children without ADHD symptoms," said
one of the authors of the study, Dr. Peter Rohdewald
of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at
Germany's University of Munster. "The findings
of this study demonstrate a significant stress
hormone lowering effect for a nutritional
supplement for the first time."

Any time you can reduce or buffer acids from diet or
metabolism with an alkaline lifestyle and diet,

Vaccine Caused Meningococcal (Meningitis) Dis-Ease

According to a patient survey published in "Drug Safety," doctors frequently ignored or dismissed patients' complaints about side effects of statin drugs. This study offers strong suggestion that this pattern of dismissal extend to other drugs, including highly acidic vaccinations,as well.

This pattern highlights the problem of the severe under-reporting of the acidic adverse drug reactions, leading both doctors and patients to believe that drugs are far safer than they really are. In reality, as many as 90 to 99 percent of all serious side effects are never reported, and therefore never included in the equation.

Adverse side effects following vaccinations should be reported to the federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). However, like all other adverse event reporting, it is still voluntary.

It is estimated that fewer than 10 percent of adverse events after vaccinations are ever reported to VAERS, perhaps even as low as one to four percent.

Most doctors will simply deny the possibility that an acidic vaccine has harmed a healthy patient, and when the highly acidic vaccine is mandatory, their denial can run even deeper. Most frequently, in the case of mandated acidic vaccines, the strategy used is to highlight the seriousness of the disease, while denying the potential complications from the acidic vaccine itself.

Meningococcal dis-ease (acids on the brain and around the spinal cord) and the highly acidic and toxic Menactra vaccine are one such case in point.

Meningococcal dis-ease is a serious condition of systemic acidosis from diet, metabolism and drugs that localizes around the covering of your brain and spinal cord that can lead to brain damage, loss of limbs, and death. It is, however, a very rare dis-ease, affecting between 1,400 to 2,800 American adults and children each year.

Dr. Robert O. Young, a scientific researcher on the effects of dietary and metabolic acids states, "Every case of Meningococcal dis-ease is the result of lifestyle and dietary acids from an excess of sugar and animal protein in the diet, metabolic acids and the use of acidic drugs such as antibiotics and vaccines."

"The increase of tissue acidity will always result inthe biological transformation of the body tissue giving rise to an increase of bacteria and yeast. The increased bacteria and yeast counts are always a result of increased acidity from an acidic diet, metabolism and drugs and not the cause of dis-ease directly."

"The increase of acids that settle in and around the fatty tissues such as the brain causes acid inflammation and the subsequent brain swelling. The body will go into the preservation mode by increasing alkaline fluids around the acidic tissue to buffer or neutralize the poisonous excess tissue acidity that is causing the inflammation and swelling in and around the brain and spinal area."

"Current medical science suggests that there are 13 meningococcal organism subgroups, and five serotypes (A, B, C, Y, and W-135) that are responsible for nearly all cases of the disease worldwide. In the United States, they suggest serotypes B, C, and Y cause the majority of cases, but this is not the case."

"The cause of all symptoms of Meningococcal dis-ease is always the result of tissue acidosis from lifestyle and dietary choices and drugs. The five serotypes of bacteria are just the effects of cellular transformation or degeneration caused by the acidic waste products from an acidic lifestyle, diet, and drugs."

In 2005, Sanofi licensed an acidic vaccinal drug called Menactra vaccine in 2005, and the CDC recommends it for universal use in all 11- to 18- year olds. This highly acidic drug may be responsible for one-third of all cases of Meningococcal in the U.S. and more than 50 percent of the cases in young infants.

"The acidic effects of Menactra offers zero protection against Meningococcal dis-ease because it can only add more acidity to an already acidic condition of the blood and then tissues," states Dr. Young.

Many adverse acidic effects were found during Sanofi's clinical trials, and two deaths have been reported to VAERS since its release. Within its first year, five cases of Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS) were also reported to VAERS, which prompted the FDA to issue a warning for parents and doctors to monitor for signs of GBS after administrating the vaccine. By October 2006, 15 cases of GBS had been reported.

With the current push for the acidic HPV (Gardasil) vaccine, it should also be noted that adverse event reports in cases where Gardasil and Menactra were administered simultaneously have skyrocketed.

When Gardasil was administered at the same time as Menactra, reports of:

* Guillain Barre Syndrome increased by 1,000 percent* Respiratory problems increased by 114 percent
* Cardiac problems increased by 118 percent
* Neuromuscular and coordination problems increased by 234 percent, and
* Convulsions and nervous system problems increasedby 301 percent.

The answer to the increase of all of the above acidic conditions is simple - you cannot buffer or neutralizethe degenerative effects of dietary and/or metabolic acids from an acidic lifestyle and diet with highly acidic andtoxic vaccines! The result in using acid to destroy acid will only cause more acidic symptoms that may result in death.

Dr Young states, "I have yet to see throwing kerosene on a raging fire to put it out ever work. When we use vaccines or antibiotics to prevent or to put out a raging acidic fire (inflammation) from within our body we will only create a new fire in a healthy body or even a bigger more dangerous acidic fire in an already unhealthy body."

According to Dr. Young the reversal or prevention ofany dis-ease, including Meningococcal dis-ease is simple, "live and eat an alkaline lifestyle and diet."

"The simple underlining principal for the prevention and the reversal of ALL dis-ease is to maintain or re-establish the alkaline design of the body. This can be done when we focus our daily lifestyle and diet with faith, hope, love, peace and forgiveness, adequate rest, daily exercise for at least 1 hour, 3 to 4 liters of alkaline water, 12 servings of green fruits and vegetables, 75 to 100 grams of healthy poly-unsaturated oils and 10 to 12 grams of mineral salts."
