What is Harmful in Non Vegetarian Diet?

Posted by luputtenan2 on Thursday, January 26, 2006

As more and more studies are coming up about the detrimental aspects of non vegetarian food, many people are anxious to know how they can stay healthy without giving up their favorite non vegetarian delicacies. The following points list the demerits as well as ways you can circumvent the harmful effects.
1. Non Vegetarian foods are fibreless: The roughage portion is missing in non vegetarian diets, therefore one should make a conscious effort to eat foods high in roughage. The foods high in roughage (insoluble fiber) are wheat bran, whole cereals like brown rice. Oat fiber is particularly beneficial for cardiac cholesterol related disorders. Oats have soluble fiber which dissolves in the body fluids and helps the body to decrease the cholesterol buildup.
2. Non Vegetarian foods are high in cholesterol: Since non vegetarian foods contain cholesterol, it is important to avoid other foods which can have additive affect on the cholesterol, like dairy products, particularly cheese. Besides these, one must avoid foods which have trans-fatty acids.
3. Non Vegetarian foods which are processed and preserved may contain high amounts of chemicals. Therefore, it is important to limit the quantity of non vegetarian food products which may contain preservatives.
4. Non Vegetarian foods are devoid of many vitamins. To keep up a healthy level of Vitamin B complex and Vitamin C, it is important to eat fruits and vegetables in adequate quantities to prevent any deficiency from coming up. Fruits should be eaten in their natural state and drinking packed juices is not the solution. Similar is the case with eating vegetables destroyed by deep frying beyond recognition.
5. Non vegetarians need strong digestive enzymes to be able to digest proteins. Hence, it is important to include sources of natural digestive enzymes in the diet to help the body keep its digestive capability high. Foods rich in enzymes are raw papaya (can be eaten as a salad) - rich in enzyme papain; pineapple - rich in the enzyme bromelene, and basic salads which are rich in natural enzymes.
6. Many authorities claim that people should be cautious while consuming fish found near industrial zones as they may be toxic.
7. Red meat should be consumed sparingly if you have increased incidence of hypertension and heart problems. Once a week, detox by eating fruits, sprouts, vegetable juices, salads and non-roasted nuts.

How to Arrange Food Allergy Testing

Posted by luputtenan2

If you have a food allergy it is essential that you identify it as soon as possible so that you can avoid problem foods.
Food allergy testing is the only way to identify a food allergy. Once you are aware of your food allergies, you can ensure that you do not eat the foods which are harmful to your body.
If you are allergic to certain foods your immune system releases large doses of chemicals when they are eaten to protect your body from them. The problem is that these chemicals produce a variety of symptoms that can be severe and sometimes, life threatening.
Food allergies can be identified by carrying out food allergy testing. However, there are only 90 NHS allergy clinics in the UK. This means that if you want food allergy testing on the NHS , you might have to wait a long time. Therefore, you might want to arrange food allergy testing privately. If so, you have two main options:
Food Allergy Skin Prick Test
A food allergy skin prick test uses a small needle to gently prick the skin through fluid containing a known allergen to see how it reacts to it. If you have a food allergy, your skin will go red and itchy and a small white swelling will develop. This will fade within a matter of hours.
The food allergy skin prick test provides a clear “yes or no” result as to whether or not you have a food allergy. It is not painful and the results are generally available very quickly.
Food Allergy Blood Test
The food allergy blood test allows you to analysis your reaction to over 400 different allergens.
It involves a sample of your blood being taken and sent to a laboratory where it is tested for levels of IgE. IgE triggers the release of histamines into the bloodstream when the body is exposed to a food or substance which it is allergic to.
You can find places where you can have food allergy testing by searching on the internet or alternatively by asking your doctor for a recommendation.

How Important is Breakfast?

Posted by luputtenan2

Not many people realize it but eating breakfast is the secret to staying healthy. No matter how busy you are, it’s important to fuel your body so that you can have energy throughout the day. Eating a good breakfast sets the tone for the rest of the day. So don’t overlook this important meal. Select healthy options that fit your taste and lifestyle.
The Benefits of a healthy Breakfast are:
Jumpstart your metabolism from the overnight fast: Breakfast is considered an important meal because it breaks the overnight fasting periods and replenishes your supply of glucose. Glucose is your body’s energy source and is broken down and absorbed from the carbohydrates you eat. In the morning, after you have gone without food for as long as 12 hours, your glucose levels drop. When this happens, your body compensates by releasing the glucose that has been stored in your muscle tissue and liver, called glycogen. Once all the energy from the glycogen stored is used up, the body breaks down fatty acids to produce energy. Without carbohydrates, fatty acids are only partially oxidized, which can cause reduced energy levels.
Works towards weight Loss: After 12 hours of sleep your body has been fasting overnight, and in the morning you are almost in the first stages of starvation. Skipping breakfast keeps your body in ‘starvation’ mode, while eating a good meal will give your metabolism a boost. If you’re trying to lose weight, the last thing you want to do is keep your metabolism at this lowered state. Eating a healthy breakfast will increase your fat burning ability. Breakfast, therefore, can boost your energy levels as well as your metabolism for the day.
Increase your essential nutrients and overall energy levels: Breakfast provides a significant proportion of the day’s total nutrient intake and offers the opportunity to eat foods fortified with nutrients such as foliate, iron, vitamins and fiber. Essential vitamins, minerals and other nutrients can only be gained from food.
Give You Brain fuel To Enhance Concentration: Eating breakfast improves your thinking ability and keeps you at top mental performance. It provides your brain with fuel to enhance problem solving and memory retention.
Beat The Binges: Eating a good breakfast will keep you from getting too hungry, which will help prevent you from over eating later in the day. Breakfast eaters are able to better resist fatty and high caloric foods throughout the day. If you skip breakfast, you will tend to nibble on snacks during the mid-morning and turn to coffee for an energy boost.
So what does a Healthy Breakfast comprise of?
A healthy breakfast should consist of a variety of foods. It should contain complex carbohydrates, protein and fiber. Protein can come from eggs, beans, or soy. Fiber and carbohydrates can be found in whole cereals, grains or in fruits. A good example of a healthy breakfast might be something like a boiled egg, an orange, and a bowl of whole grain cereal with skimmed milk.
No matter what you choose, eating breakfast gives you body and your brain the energy they need to carry you through the day. Be good to yourself and eat breakfast, as it will make you feel much better throughout the day.

Diabetes Relief And Prevention Through Exercise

Posted by luputtenan2 on Saturday, January 14, 2006

Diabetes is something that can be treated and even prevented very effectively with exercise. Most people are aware of the many other benefits of exercise but the one that could have the greatest impact on the health-care system is the prevention and relief of this health problem.
Diabetes comes in two main types. These are type I and type II.
Type I occurs when your pancreas is producing too little insulin or in some cases not producing any at all. If you already have type I you of course have the daily task of injecting insulin into your body in order to control your glucose levels.
This is not an enjoyable thing to do. If you currently do not have type I diabetes then learn to prevent it through exercise and healthy living. The alternative may be daily injections for the rest of your life.
The second main type of diabetes is known as Type II. Many people also refer to it as adult onset diabetes.
If you are suffering from the symptoms of Type II it's due to you pancreas not being able to make enough insulin to control glucose levels. It can also occur when your cells do not respond properly to insulin.
This is commonly known as insulin resistance.
One of the most effective ways of dealing with insulin resistance is through exercise and good nutritional habits. A large number of people with this type of diabetes are over-weight.
Therefore, weight control is a must. If you are not active, over-eat and become obese, you have a very high risk of being afflicted with type II. In most cases, simply adding in exercise, including both weight training and cardiovascular exercise, along with good eating habits is enough to prevent type II diabetes.
Only in rare cases will this not work, and medication is needed.
With type II diabetes there are a number of other health problems that can then occur, including; high cholesterol, obesity, and hypertension. Exercise has a very positive effect on Type II for improving insulin sensitivity.
Ninety percent of all people with this health problem actually have type II, and exercise will help your body to process glucose at a quicker rate, lowering any high blood sugar symptoms you may have.
The intensity of your exercise session also plays a role. A more intense exercise program will help your body to utilize glucose quicker. However, high intensity does not mean faster. There is a difference.
Obviously before beginning any type of exercise program, regardless of what type of diabetes you have, you should check with your doctor. There are many differences between exercise for different types of diabetes that you need to be aware of before starting.
There can be certain dangers resulting from injecting insulin just before you begin to exercise. One situation that can occur is the risk of hypoglycemia or insulin shock during the exercise session.
Here are some general rules to keep in mind when exercising if you are type I: allow for enough rest between weight training sets to avoid high blood pressure symptoms; avoid lifting heavy weights or going to failure on each set; when doing cardio, avoid high impact exercises such as running outside; always ensure that you have carbohydrates in your system before you start and a supply of them nearby as well.
You may begin to feel shaky, disoriented, hungry, anxious or become irritable if you allow your blood sugar levels to get too low. Having a carbohydrate snack or drink nearby will help prevent these symptoms very quickly.
Blood glucose analyzers are very effective tools to use when exercising. You can test your blood sugar to ensure it's not at a level below 80 - 100 mg/dl range and not above 250 mg/dl.
During your post-exercise recovery period, around three to five hours after you complete your exercise session, so-called diabetic diets can be beneficial. Diabetic diets should consist of a good amount of carbohydrates to prevent hypoglycemia.
Exercise has its greatest impact on people with type II diabetes because of its positive effects on insulin sensitivity. Proper exercise and sound nutritional habits work considerably well for type II diabetics.
Consistency is critical in the prevention of type II diabetes. You can't expect to exercise now and then, and prevent it. You need to make exercise part of your life if it's going to be effective.

Stop Smoking Advice If You Have Back Pain

Posted by luputtenan2

One day a client walked into my clinic and had a hypnotherapy treatment for smoking. It was a challenge, because it transpired that this client was in constant agony with back and shoulder pain; the cigarettes were used as a drug to help with this pain. Then I learned a new fun and simple technique for effective pain relief and the rest is history.
EFT is a new and exciting method that you can be taught to use effectively for your back, neck, shoulder, arm, leg, or any pain that you are experiencing anywhere in your body. Your EFT practitioner can find the best way for you to apply a simple formula whenever needed. All it takes is a few minutes a day and the pain is reduced or even gone altogether. This takes less time than is wasted smoking each day, and it also makes you feel relaxed and calm.
For some people, the pain is very much linked to painful memories, and that's even better news. Yes, that's right, that's good news.
EFT is a method that uses acupressure on special acupuncture points to free you from unwanted feelings like pain. In the case of pain with a large physical element, applying the simple acupressure technique every now and then keeps you more comfortable all day long. Sometimes, we store our negative emotions in weak areas of our body that although weak are still in reasonably good condition. It is then that EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, really shines. This exciting new method has the power to gently give complete and lasting relief to survivors of the worst events imaginable. And so the pain, which used to be felt as agony, can completely disappear.
Now whenever someone comes to see me to stop smoking, I ask them if they are in pain. If they are, I explain that to quit, they will have to let me relieve their pain first. It takes relatively little time and they can still successfully quit in the same session once the pain has been taken care of. They usually ask to give up smoking using EFT as well, once they see what it has done for their physical pain.
If you are a smoker in pain and wish to be free from smoking, first of all please consult with your doctor to make sure that everything is being medically done for the source of the pain as is appropriate. Then you can consult with an EFT Practitioner that specializes in smoking cessation. Once the pain is out of the way, you can enjoy your freedom from nicotine!

Human Growth Hormone Can Make Aging a Less Painful Process

Posted by luputtenan2

On the face of it, our human body looks pretty ordinary. The reality is that innumerable and unbelievable complex reactions are going on in our body at all times. Things like growing and aging seem so obvious and unavoidable for all of us. However, the truth is that the process of human growth and aging is not inevitable an unavoidable.
Our knowledge of the human body has revealed to us that growth and aging is the result of release of hormones by the glands existing in the human body. The pituitary gland in the human body releases human growth hormone that is absorbed by organs like the liver. This hormone is the driving force behind the growth that takes place in the human body. If your pituitary gland does not release the human growth hormone in adequate quantity, it will result in stunted growth. On the other hand, if the human growth hormone is released in excess, one gets to see unnatural growth. Abnormal release of human growth hormone is the reason why we get to see people who are very tall or very short.
The human growth hormone is released in large quantities during childhood. As one reaches adulthood, the gland goes on releasing less and less growth hormone. By the time we reach old age, the release of human growth hormone completely stops. Often we witness old people facing problems of wrinkles, loss of memory, slow healing of injuries, malfunctioning of vital organs, reduction in bone density and loss of hair. The reason behind all these problems is the non-secretion of human growth hormone in the body.
Such a discovery has led to the belief that injecting human growth hormone in the body will help us avoid the inevitable process of aging. The reality is that intake of human growth hormone will result in longer and healthier life. That does not mean human growth hormone is an elixir that will permanently stave off aging.
Although human growth hormone therapy is still in the nascent stage, the results of the therapy are very encouraging. External and artificial injection of human growth hormone in the body results in loss of fat and increase in the muscle and bone density. Such a person feels stronger. Injecting human growth hormone results in the person feeling more energetic.
An improvement in the general health and memory makes a person more confident. More often than not, the problem with aging is the loss of confidence. If you cannot see and hear properly, if your injuries take a long time to heal and if you are forced to depend on others for your protection, it leads to loss of confidence in oneself. Human growth hormone can ensure that the loss of self-confidence that accompanies aging can be avoided.

Diabetes and Exercise

Posted by luputtenan2 on Wednesday, January 11, 2006

There are two main types of diabetes, type I and type II. Type I diabetes is characterized by the pancreas making too little or no insulin. An individual with diabetes type I will have to inject insulin throughout the day in order to control glucose levels. Type II diabetes, also known as adult onset diabetes, is characterized by the pancreas not producing enough insulin to control glucose levels or the cells not responding to insulin. When a cell does not respond to insulin, it is known as insulin resistance.
When a subject is diagnosed with type II diabetes, exercise and weight control are prescribed as measures to help with insulin resistance. If this does not control glucose levels, then medication is prescribed. The risk factors for type II diabetes include: inactivity, high cholesterol, obesity, and hypertension. Inactivity alone is a very strong risk factor that has been proven to lead to diabetes type II. Exercise will have a positive effect on diabetes type II while improving insulin sensitivity while type I cannot be controlled be an exercise program. Over 90% of individuals with diabetes have type II.
Exercise causes the body to process glucose faster, which lowers blood sugar. The more intense the exercise, the faster the body will utilize glucose. Therefore it is important to understand the differences in training with type I and type II diabetes. It is important for an individual who has diabetes to check with a physician before beginning an exercise program. When training with a diabetic, it is important to understand the dangers of injecting insulin immediately prior to exercise. An individual with type I diabetes injecting their normal amount of insulin for a sedentary situation can pose the risk of hypoglycemia or insulin shock during exercise. General exercise guidelines for type I are as follows: allow adequate rest during exercise sessions to prevent high blood pressure, use low impact exercises and avoid heavy weight lifting, and always have a supply of carbohydrates nearby. If blood sugar levels get too low, the individual may feel shaky, disoriented, hungry, anxious, become irritable or experience trembling. Consuming a carbohydrate snack or beverage will alleviate these symptoms in a matter of minutes.
Before engaging in exercise, it is important for blood sugar levels to be tested to make sure that they are not below 80 to 100 mg/dl range and not above 250 mg/dl. Glucose levels should also be tested before, during, after and three to five hours after exercise. During this recovery period (3-5 hours after exercise), it is important for diabetics to consume ample carbohydrates in order to prevent hypoglycemia.
Exercise will greatly benefit an individual with type II diabetes because of its positive effects on insulin sensitivity. Proper exercise and nutrition are the best forms of prevention for type II diabetics. It is important for training protocols to be repeated almost daily to help with sustaining insulin sensitivity. To prevent hypoglycemia, progressively work up to strenuous activity.
As with individuals with type I diabetes, carbohydrates should also be present during training to assist in raising blood sugar levels if the individual becomes low.

Fat or Sugar?

Posted by luputtenan2

Food is processed and must travel to its destination: grocery store shelves in our neighborhood. Food manufacturers make sure that the food you receive is fresh and not rotting in the bag when you purchase it.
The process of hydrogenation leads to longer shelf life for foods such as oils, margarines, and shortenings so that they won't go rancid. Most refined oils are solvent extracted at high heat with harsh chemicals, then bleached and chemically treated to obtain an oil that has no color or taste. These products are used in the making of food stuffs such as breads, cakes, and cookies. On food labels, look for "hydrogenated" or "partially hydrogenated", and then avoid them!
Hydrogenation sounds like a good thing, as no one wants to purchase rancid foods. It comes with a heavy price, though. The process of hydrogenation causes an immune damaging synthetic fat - known as a Trans fatty acid - that has been found to elevate blood cholesterol. As we know, a build-up of cholesterol can lead to heart disease.
This is putting the fat into food products. What if we just take the fat out completely?
When grocery shopping, if you see "light", "nonfat", "low fat", or "diet", a red flag should go up. Food manufacturers depend on you to continue buying their products, so they work to make sure those products taste good, keeping you coming back for more. In the case of removing the fat from a product, chances are sugar is added back in as a replacement in order to make it taste good, keeping you coming back for more. Sugar begets the craving of still more sugar, exactly what the manufacturers are counting on.
Here is where the confusion comes in. It seems it is a choice between fat-laden food products, or sugar-laden ones, and trying to decide which is the lesser of two evils.
The body requires fat, in moderation, in order to function. On its own, the body cannot manufacture enough essential fatty acids, so it needs to receive the balance of them from an outside source, from the foods you choose. Eating fat actually stimulates the burning of stored fat in your body and satiates your appetite. Without that feeling of being satiated, you will feel hungry, which leads to the unproductive cycle of overeating, as your body tries to compensate for the shortage of nutrients it is experiencing.
Which is the lesser of the two evils? Neither!
Stick with whole foods eating, the most beneficial habit you can pick up in order to provide your body with the nutrients it requires. When you eat whole foods, you are eating them as close to their natural state as possible. Whole foods eating is an exercise in moderation, giving you some fat and some sugar, but naturally. Keep in mind that the less the product is manufactured, the better quality it is. When you eat quality whole foods, you get caught up in a cycle that your body will love and reward you for, giving you greater energy and vitality.
Would you want it any other way?

Posted by luputtenan2 on Thursday, January 5, 2006

While eating the correct diet is the longer term solution to looking thinner, you can look slimmer instantly simply by careful selection of the clothes you wear.
Image conusltants can help you do this making you look and feel better instantly.
In today’s image conscious society, image consultants are more popular than ever, and are no longer just for the rich.
Follow the 12 simple guidelines below and lose a few kilos instantly!
1. Focus on one color
Monochromatic dressing (dressing in one color only) makes anyone look taller, slimmer and leaner.
2. Use darker colors
Darker colors make you look slimmer than lighter colours. Black and blue for example, are great colours to use for most people.
3. Colour intensity
If you are wearing multiple colours keep them close in intensity. For example, dark blue and black or stone and soft white.
4. Wear darker colours at the bottom
Use the darker colour at the bottom of your outfit to make you look taller and your hips appear slimmer.
5. Wear heels
Wearing medium or high heels with a thin sole automatically makes your legs look longer and you look slimmer.
6. Long slimmer legs
Legs will look longer and slimmer if you always closely match your hoise to your shoes and skirts. For example, with a print skirt, use the background colour to find hoise in a similar tone.
7. Hosiery
Always wear a neutral colour hose or match your hosiery to the lighter colour in the shoes. Never wear hose that are darker than the lightest colour in the shoes
8. Don’t bisect a fuller figure
Choose a longer jacket or blouse, and wear it untucked. This will give a leaner look, and deflects attention away from the waistline.
9. Beware of heavy fabrics
Never wear clothes made out of heavy fabrics, they make you look fatter. Always choose finer, silkier thin materials.
10. Wear clothes that fit
Buy clothing that FIT. Don’t try and squeeze into a size 12 if you are a size 14. This may seem obvious, but there are plenty of women who get hung up on size and won’t accept the size they really are.
11. Vertical design lines
Always make you look slimmer. Single breasted jackets, stripes and ironed creases in trousers will visually slim your body by dividing it into vertical sections, the closer the lines the slimmer you will appear.
12. Wear clothes that balance your horizontal & vertical proportions
You will always appear slimmer if you balance your vertical and horizontal proportions. For example, a woman who has long body and short legs can theoretically wear a short jacket; however, if she has a large breast her jacket should be at least hip length to take attention away from her breasts. By wearing clothes that are in proportion to your figure will always make you look slimmer.
Image consultants can change your life!
The above are just some examples of how image consultants can help you change your appearance for the better.
In todays image conscious society more and more people are realizing that by changing their appearance they will derive more from life.

Diabetic? Exercise Is Essential

Posted by luputtenan2 on Tuesday, January 3, 2006

Thirty-five percent of all Americans will develop diabetes, which can cause heart attacks, strokes, blindness, deafness, impotence, amputations, kidney failure and sudden death. Three studies show why virtually all diabetics should exercise. The first study shows that exercising before a meal markedly reduces the rise in blood sugar that usually peaks 20 minutes after you eat (Lipids in Health & Disease, October 2005). The second shows that exercise lowers HBA1C in diabetics (Journal of Obesity, October 2002), while the third shows that exercise lowers high blood pressure (Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise, August 2005)
When you eat, your blood sugar level rises. In diabetics, most of the damage is done within 20 minutes after you eat because that’s the time that blood sugar levels are at their highest. The higher blood sugar rises, the more sugar sticks on cells. Once sugar is stuck on a cell, it can never get off. It is eventually converted to a poison called sorbitol that destroys the cell. This cell destruction causes all of the horrible side effects of diabetes.
Doctors measure the amount of sugar stuck on cells with a blood test called HBA1C. The first goal in treating diabetes is to use drugs and diet to get HBA1C below 6. Since blood sugar levels are highest 20 minutes after you eat, you should do everything possible to prevent the high rise in blood sugar that follows meals. The only places that your body can store sugar are in your muscles and your liver. After you eat, sugar goes from your intestines into your bloodstream. Then if your muscles are empty from exercise, the sugar can pass into your muscles. However, if your muscles are full because you do not exercise, the sugar has no place to go and blood sugar rises to very high levels to stick to cells and destroy your body.
Exercise is also vital for diabetics because it helps to control blood pressure. Eighty percent of diabetics die of heart disease, and anything that increases risk for heart attacks puts diabetics in danger. High blood pressure is a major risk for heart attacks and strokes. Since exercise lowers high blood pressure, it helps to prevent heart attacks and thus to keep diabetics alive.

Diabetes and Your Heart

Posted by luputtenan2

Diabetes is one condition that must be treated as soon as it is diagnosed, even though in its early stages it doesn't hurt, or cause inconvenience, or create any worrisome symptoms. But ignoring it is a mistake, because the blood sugar imbalance we diabetics live with can cause a variety of complications, even leading to other serious health conditions.
One major cause for concern is adverse effects on our hearts. Our unstable blood sugar levels can cause poor circulation—a big step on the road to heart problems. Here are some things to watch for.
Hypertension
Diabetes often goes hand-in-hand with high blood pressure, or hypertension. In fact, your doctor will tell you that diabetics must work to get their blood pressure down even lower than other people. While a systolic pressure (the top number) of 140 might be acceptable for the general population, we diabetics should aim for 130 or lower. It's all part of the battle against possible heart disease.
Blood fats
Cholesterol and tryglycerides, or blood fats, also need to be kept lower in diabetics. Lots of fruits and vegetables, fewer packaged or fried foods are your best bets for dietary blood fat control. Throw out that frying pan!
Blood sugar
Blood sugar levels need monitoring too, as consistently high levels damage blood vessels and can lead to cardiovascular difficulties.
Weight level
And of course you know it's important to maintain a healthy weight. Why is that particularly important for us diabetics? First, if you are overweight your heart muscle needs to work harder to pump blood through your system. This weakens your blood vessels, which are then more susceptible to damage from fluctuating blood sugar levels. It's a vicious cycle you don't want to create.
Your heart is the main engine of your whole body, so you need to do everything possible to keep it in good shape. For the sake of a healthy heart, take control of your diabetes.

Organic health products are growing more popular due to the public’s views on choosing items that are all-natural and considered more beneficial for the body. There is an increase of stores selling more organic health products - some devoting an entire aisle to the items. There is also an increase in the number of health food stores selling an assortment of organic health products.
When shopping for an organic health product, you should know that there is a variety of functions that each item possesses. Some products cleanse the body’s systems, and other items provide nourishment and energy.
When reading a label, some of the key phrases to look for include: 100% Absorbable; 100% Organic and Natural; 100% Non Toxic; 100% Whole Foods; as well as 100% Raw and Active.
Today, the Earth is polluted with many things that can affect the health and well-being of an individual. As if dealing with the deteriorating ozone layer, UV rays and smog isn’t enough, there are other contaminants that can cause an upset in the balance of one’s body.
There are numerous toxins, pesticides, drugs, and other poisons in the world that enter the body and wreak havoc. There are reports that the human body can harbor at least 700 contaminants.
This calls for the elimination or cleansing of these toxins. There are many organic health products that can assist in this goal, including cleansing remedies for the colon, liver, gall bladder, kidney, and blood.
For example, an organic health product to consider is hot cayenne extract, which can unblock the waste material that prevents efficient blood flow.
Vitamins and minerals are a popular form of organic health products sold in stores, as well as over the Internet. For example, there is a product called Living Calcium, prepared from sea vegetables and other green foods - considered one of nature’s best calcium sources.
Some organic health products have been known to boost the immune system. When an item contains spirulina, they will encounter a 100% organic mixture that surpasses the capabilities of many grains, herbs or food.
When you are battling an upset stomach or bloating, taking capsules filled with 100% plant-based digestive enzymes, can easily correct the problem.
The healing properties of some of these organic health products are amazing. There are items that are 100% organic that can strengthen skin, connective tissue, bones, teeth, nails, as well as hair.
