No More Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Sclerosis, Osteoporosis and Cancerous Conditions

One in every three American adults suffers from
an over-acid condition called arthritis. It's
one of the countries leading health problems and
is the leading cause of disability in Americans
over the age of fifteen. Although numerous
pharmaceuticals are prescribed to ease the pain
of arthritis they do not cure arthritis because
they do not deal with the cause - an over-acidic
lifestyle and diet. Alkalizing foods and drinks

The key to increased oxygen is to exercise for at
least 1 hour every day. This would include
walking, jogging, rebounding, whole body vibrational
exercising, swimming, yoga, just to name a few.
My favorites are jogging, yoga, and whole body
vibrational exercising. The benefits of
exercise are critical for improving blood
and lymphatic circulation for removing acids
from the connective tissues and joints that
can cause irritation, inflammation and degeneration.
When you are moving your body you are moving dietary
and metabolic acids out of the tissue that can then

It can also be said that without sunlight there
would be no life. I recommend at least 30 minutes

The following are some additional whole food nutrients
that I recommend taking to buffer dietary and
metabolic acids and restore health and energy to

1) Glucosamine-chondroitin sulfate

A number of large-scale, double-blind clinical
studies have demonstrated the ability of these
two nutrients to alleviate pain and aid joint
reconstruction.

2) Hyaluronic

The joint contains cartilage composed of
complex glycosaminoglycans, which aid in
joint health.One food nutrient that supplies
this vital substance is hyaluronic. This is a

Eat your broccoli! That's the advice from UCLA
researchers who have found that a chemical in
broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables may
hold a key to restoring the body's alkalinity and
thus immunity, which declines as we age.

Published in this week's online edition of the
Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, the
study findings show that sulforaphane, a chemical
in broccoli, switches on a set of antioxidant
genes in specific immune cells, which then buffer
the injurious effects of molecules known as
dietary or metabolic acid that can damage cells
and lead to dis-ease.

Dietary and metabolic acids are by-products of
normal body processes, such as the metabolic
conversion of food into energy, and can also
enter the body through small particles present
in polluted air. These molecules can cause
oxidative tissue damage, leading to dis-ease --
for example, triggering the inflammation or stage
4 acidosis that causes clogged arteries. Oxidative
or acid damage to body tissues and organs is thought
to be one of the major causes of aging.

"The mysteries of aging have always intrigued man,"
said Dr. Andre Nel, the study's principal investigator
and chief of nanomedicine at the David Geffen School
of Medicine at UCLA. "While we have known for some
time that free radicals (acids) are important in aging,
most of the past attention has focused on the
mechanisms that produce free radicals (acids) rather
than addressing the pathways used by the body to
suppress their production."

According to the UCLA study, the ability of aged
tissues to reinvigorate their antioxidant defense
can play an important role in reversing much of the
negative impact of dietary and/or metabolic acids
on the alkaline design of the body. However, until
this current study, the extent to which antioxidant
defense can impact the aging process in the immune
system was not properly understood.

The UCLA team not only found that the direct
administration of sulforaphane in broccoli reversed
the decline in cellular immune function in old mice,
but they witnessed similar results when they took
individual immune cells from old mice, treated those
cells with the chemical outside the body and then
placed the treated cells back into a recipient
animal.

"We found that treating older mice with sulforaphane
increased the immune response to the level of
younger mice," said Hyon-Jeen Kim, first author
and research scientist at the Geffen School.

To investigate how the chemical in broccoli increased
the immune system's response, the UCLA group confirmed
that sulforaphane interacts with a protein called Nrf2,
which serves as a master regulator of the body's
overall antioxidant response and is capable of
switching on hundreds of antioxidant and rejuvenating
body cells.

Kim said that although there is a decline in Nrf2
activity with aging, this pathway remains accessible
to chemicals like sulforaphane that are capable of
restoring some of the ravages of aging by boosting
antioxidant or alkaline buffering pathways.

"Dietary antioxidants have been shown to have important
effects on immune function, and with further study,
we may be adding broccoli and other cruciferous
vegetables to that list," Nel said.

The following is a life changing and life saving
testimony of a man doing Type 1 diabetes, hypertension,
hypercholesterolemia, acid reflux, neuropathy, kidney
dis-ease and obesity who is now changing lives and
saving lives after saving his own life with Dr. Young's
"New Biology" and "Nutritional Microbiology/Microscopy."

Five years ago was the first time I had ever heard
the phrase - nutritional microscopy. Little did I
know what an impact it would have on my life. I
had just turned 47 years old, was 250 pounds, was
taking over 100 units of insulin a day, had high
blood pressure and neuropathy so bad that I couldn't
feel my legs below my knees and my hands were
always asleep. I needed glasses. I had acid
reflux after every meal and the doctor said I would
have to go on dialysis within two years. I had
pretty much accepted a diabetic death sentence.

My college football days, where I could do anything
I wanted athletically, were all but a distant memory.
I was in pain. I was sick and tired. But then my
worst fear was realized...


On March 1st, my nine year old daughter was diagnosed
with type 1 diabetes. My wife and I weren't going
to accept a diabetic death sentence for her. A
friend at church told my wife about a book, The pH
Miracle. My wife read the book that night and
the next morning said we needed to put these
principles into practice, which we did. She also
said we needed to get our blood analyzed by a
nutritional microscopist. Within five weeks the
three of us would travel to Minneapolis to hear
Dr. Young speak and see our blood under a
microscope.

What we saw and heard was amazing. My wife's blood
was normal, my blood was terrible (I saw yeast being
born out of a red blood cell), and my daughter's
blood didn't look very good. I knew then that I
had to learn how to be a nutritional microscopist,
so I asked if you would teach me. Three weeks later
I was at The pH Miracle Center in California, ready
to become a nutritional microscopy and discover
what I needed to know to help my daughter overcome
diabetes.

It had been ten short weeks since my wife first
read your book and for me to become a pH miracle.
I was now 178 pounds (and still am), I now take
around 20 units of insulin a day total, have no
need for high blood pressure medicine, have no
neuropathy, no acid reflux, no glasses and two
heathy kidneys. And best of all, my daughter, at
one point, had gone 21 days in a row without the
need for insulin. They were going to keep her
in 4th grade again, but now as a high school
freshman, has a grade point average of 4.4, on
a 4.0 point scale, in other words, she is
excelling!

But that's just where it begins. As a Dr. Robert
O. Young trained and certified nutritional
microscopist, I now had the tools necessary to
begin my journey of discovery and amazement. I
was now able to show people how the lifestyle
choices they made every day affected the quality
of their blood and determined their health and
wellness. I was now able to discuss how they
lived, what they ate, how they think, and how

like loosing a piece of herself when her dad
died, and not being able to replace it, or
return to balance, after all those years.
For another person, being able to demonstrate
how the tragedy of having seven miscarriages
had affected her quality of life, acknowledging
the tragedy to her and her husband provided
the validation to what they had been feeling.
And for another person, demonstrating how the
blood looked as a result of a brother stealing
$40,000 and moving half way around the world
affected his blood, also validated the reality
of feelings held deep within.

Likewise, being able to educate someone about
how their aura, spirituality, intuition or
sixth sense had either encircled them with
protection or how it had allowed them to reach
out to others, directing them to their life's
work to help others similarly situated or less
unfortunate. And for me personally, discovering
that a neck injury while playing college football
was a contributing factor, along with later severely
cutting my fingers at work, in me becoming a person
with the symptomologies of diabetes.

And, not that this topped them all, but being
able to demonstrate to the top doctor in the
largest health care provider in the state had
had surgery to his hands or feet when he was
between the ages of 10 and 14 and finding out
that he had had surgery to his hand when he was
12 was quite rewarding, even though he decided
that they couldn't support nutritional microscopy
because it was probably 7 to 10 years ahead of
where they were at. He did say, "Nutritional
microscopy satisfied the fascination of the
American public to know all their own medical
stuff." This statement came only after he
admitted that he had "hoped to see a bunch of
bologna so he could ridicule me right out of his
office, but that it was all right out of medical
school." He even said, "Nutritional microscopy
is highly visual, and that it provides the
evidence necessary for anyone willing to change,
to actually change away from their bad habits to
those habits of optimum health and wellness" and
agreed that, "it could be used to help determine
which specific treatment protocol is best, be
it pharmaceutical, chiropractic, naturopathic,
diet, supplementation or just by actively moving
about or breathing."

Others have described what I do as a nutritional
microscopist as someone being able to provide
executive wellness programs. When you speak about
wellness, and making healthy lifestyle choices,
you must address nutritional microscopy, for it's
ability to define your lifestyle habits and their
effects on the quality of your blood, which
determines your health. Anything less is simply
cookie cutter health risk assessments that define
wellness as how many doctor's appointments they
can make because of their blood pressure is
elevated, or some other such numbers.

I can tell you this, Dr. Young's, "Nutritional
Microscopy" is the best thing I have ever done.
I am passionate about helping others understand
what's going on in their body and I believe there
will soon be a great need for certified
nutritional microscopists, to assist doctor's
determine at what stage of imbalance their patient's
are in, as well as corporate wellness directors

There is a Biochemical Warfare Agent in Your Food Supply!

There is so much evidence showing aspartame to be
a potentially deadly agent that several prominent,
well-educated doctors and even judges have written
books on the subject. H.J. Roberts three-pound time
Aspartame Disease -- An Ignored Epidemic is another
must-read if you're anywhere near the fence on this
issue.

Does it make sense that aspartame, once listed by
the Pentagon as a biochemical warfare agent is
now an integral part of your modern diet?

That's exactly what happened with aspartame -
it's the poster child for unconscionable greed
coupled with political power that may run as
deep as the CIA.

That aspartame is a profitable business should
be no surprise. As an example, the Maryland-based
biotech company Genex Corporation went from
reporting $14.3 million in revenues in 1985, to
a paltry $2.8 million in 1986 after they lost
their aspartame business. Genex had been one
of the main suppliers of aspartame up until
October 1985, at which time the NutraSweet
Company began manufacturing the chemical
themselves.

Sold commercially under names like NutraSweet,
Equal, Spoonful, Equal-Measure and Canderel,
aspartame can be found in more than 6,000 products,
including:

Diet sodas, juice drinks, and flavored waters
Chewing gum
Table-top sweeteners
Diet and diabetic foods
Breakfast cereals, such as Fiber One
Fiber supplements, such as orange flavored Metamucil
Jams
Sweets
It's even found in vitamins, as well as
prescription and over the-counter drugs
such as Alka Seltzer Plus, and some Tylenol
medications.

One 12 ounce diet soda contains about 180 mg of
aspartame, or 15 mg of aspartame per ounce,
which equals approximately 4.5 packets of
NutraSweet.

According to the industry-run Aspartame Information
Center website - a propaganda masterpiece, if I
ever saw one -- the Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI),
as set by the FDA, is 50 mg/kg. That equates to
about 20 cans of 12-ounce diet soda if you're a
150 lb. adult, or six 12-ounce cans for a
50-pound child.

The ADI for tabletop sweeteners is 97 packets for
adults, and 32 packets for children. Based on the
photos from Mrs. Inness-Brown's experiment, using
the equivalent of two-thirds of the aspartame
contained in one 8 ounce can of soda per day, these
ADI's do not appear to be anywhere near "safe"
limits.

The Aspartame Information Center's "myth" section
goes on to make this statement: "Despite the
overwhelming documentation of aspartame's safety,
unfounded allegations that aspartame is associated
with a myriad of ailments, including multiple
sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease,
and lupus, have continued to be spread via the
Internet and the media by a few individuals who
have no documented scientific or medical expertise.

Recently, several governments and expert scientific
committees (including the Scientific Committee on
Food of the European Commission, the United Kingdom's
Food Standards Agency, the French Food Safety Agency
and Health Canada) carefully evaluated the Internet
allegations and found them to be false, reconfirming
the safety of aspartame."

Really, now...

Well, certain parts are partially true. For example,
the Scientific Committee on Food of the European
Commission did come out with a report named Update
on the Safety of Aspartame in December of 2002,
concluding aspartame was safe.

Whether or not the Committee could get an A for
accuracy, attention and impartiality is debatable,
however. This Independent Analysis of the EU report
in question states: "This response will demonstrate
that:

1. Members of the European Commission Scientific
Committee on Food have ethical and financial
conflicts of interest with the food industry that
should have disqualified them from participation
on the Committee.

2. Members of the Scientific Committee on Food did
not read some or most of the research papers they
cited.

3. The report ignored independent research related
to aspartame and instead relied heavily on and
frequently cited articles in books and reviews put
together by employees or consultants of the
aspartame manufacturers (Monsanto and Ajinomoto).

4. Persons ingesting aspartame are being exposed to
significant amounts of formaldehyde that has
been shown by independent research to accumulate
throughout the body.

5. Aspartame manufacturer-sponsored studies are
designed in a way as to avoid the possibility of
finding adverse effects, yet the Committee accepted
these studies without any question. In contrast,
nearly all independent research on aspartame in
humans and animals has found that it can cause
health problems.

6. Human studies and clinical reports published in
the medical literature linking aspartame use to
fibromyalgia, seizures, panic attacks, mania,
brain cancer, migraines / headaches, vertigo,
symptoms related to depression, memory loss, hives,
irregular heart beats, and numerous other symptoms
were largely ignored by the Committee."

The Aspartame Danger is NO MYTH!

Contrary to what the PR machine says, there is
overwhelming scientific evidence that aspartame
is exactly as dangerous as we say it is, and
whenever you root around to see who gave aspartame the
latest "clean bill of health," invariably you will
find ties to the industry.

By the Aspartame Information Center's statement above,
you'd be led to believe that Dr. Morando Soffritti
of the European Foundation of Oncology in Bologna,
Italy is a home schooled scientist with
"no documented scientific or medical expertise"
either.

But as Mrs. Inness-Brown details in her article,
Dr. Soffritti's 8-year mega-experiment with
1,800 rats, completed in 2005, is perhaps one of
the most telling studies performed to date.

The results of his experiment also showed a
dose-related increase of lymphomas and leukemias
in female rats, observable at the dose level of
20 mg/Kg of body weight - just 40 percent of the
accepted daily intake permitted by current
regulations.

And what about the photos? Do they lie?

They show the visual manifestation of many of

Drinking Wine Increases Your Risk For Breast Cancer by 50%

Women can be raising their risk of a cancerous breast
condition without knowing it. British official at
the Department of Health said that women who drink
more than fourteen units of alcohol a week (a unit
is 10 ml or approximately one ounce) raise their
risk of developing breast cancer by 50 percent.
A single glass of wine can contain 3.5 units.

"Women who regularly drink too much are 50 percent
more likely to develop breast cancer," said British
Public Health Minister Dawn Primarolo. "And many
drink too much simply because they have no idea
how many alcohol units they are consuming."

Of special concern are professional women whose
acidic alcohol consumption "has gone under the
radar," according to Primarolo. "It's fair to say
that most women don't know how much they're
drinking."

Larger glass sizes may put a single glass of
acidic wine over a woman's daily amount.

According to Dr. Robert O. Young, a research
scientist at the pH Miracle Living Center, states,
"drinking wine is highly acidic and compromises

FDA ISSUES A SAFETY ALERT ON DIABETES MEDICATIONS CAUSING HEART ATTACKS

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is aware
of a potential safety issue related to Avandia
(rosiglitazone), a drug approved to treat type 2
diabetes. Safety data from controlled clinical trials
have shown that there is a potentially significant
increase in the risk of heart attack and heart-related
deaths in patients taking Avandia. However, other
published and unpublished data from long-term clinical
trials of Avandia, including an interim analysis of
data from the RECORD trial (a large, ongoing, randomized
open label trial) and unpublished reanalyses of data
from DREAM (a previously conducted placebo-controlled,
randomized trial) provide contradictory evidence about
the risks in patients treated with Avandia.

Patients who are taking Avandia, especially those who
are known to have underlying heart disease or who are
at high risk of heart attack should talk to their
doctor about this new information as they evaluate
the available treatment options for their type 2
diabetes.

FDA's analyses of all available data are ongoing.
FDA has not confirmed the clinical significance of
the reported increased risk in the context of other
studies. Pending questions include whether the other
approved treatment from the same class of drugs,
pioglitazone, has less, the same or greater risks.
Furthermore, there is inherent risk associated with
switching patients with diabetes from one treatment
to another even in the absence of specific risks
associated with particular treatments. For these
reasons, FDA is not asking GlaxoSmithKline, the drug's
sponsor, to take any specific action at this time.
FDA is providing this emerging information to
prescribers so that they, and their patients,
can make individualized treatment decisions.

"FDA remains committed to assuring that doctors
and patients have the latest information available
to make treatment and medication use decisions.
In this case, FDA is carefully weighing several
complex sources of data, some of which show
conflicting results, related to the risk of heart
attack and heart-related deaths in patients
treated with Avandia," said Steven Galson, M.D., M.P.H.,
director of FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation and
Research. "We will complete our analysis and make the
results available as soon as possible. FDA will take
the issue of cardiovascular risk associated with
Avandia and other drugs in this class to an Advisory
Committee as soon as one can be convened."

Avandia was approved in 1999 for treatment of type 2
diabetes, a serious and life threatening disease
that affects about 18 to 20 million Americans.
Diabetes is a leading cause of coronary heart disease,
blindness, kidney failure and limb amputation. Since
the drug was approved, FDA has been monitoring
several heart-related adverse events (e.g., fluid
retention, edema and congestive heart failure) based
on signals seen in previous controlled clinical
trials of Avandia alone and in combination with other
drugs, and from post-marketing reports. FDA has
updated the product's labeling on several occasions
to reflect these new data, most recently in 2006.
The most recent labeling change for Avandia also
included a new health warning about a potential
increase in heart attacks and heart-related chest
pain in some individuals using Avandia. This new health
warning was based on the result of a controlled
clinical trial in patients with existing congestive
heart failure.

Recently, the manufacturer of Avandia provided FDA
with a pooled analysis (meta analysis) of 42
randomized, controlled clinical trials in which
Avandia was compared to either placebo or other
anti-diabetic therapies in patients with type 2
diabetes. The pooled analysis suggested that
patients receiving short-term (most studies were
6-months duration) treatment with Avandia may
have a 30-40 percent greater risk of heart attack
and other heart-related adverse events than patients
treated with placebo or other anti-diabetic therapy.
This data, if confirmed, would be of significant
concern since patients with diabetes are already
at an increased risk of heart disease.

The simple solution according to Dr. Robert O. Young,
a research scientist at the pH Miracle Living Center,

for heart attack and other heart-related adverse

Dear Friends:

As most of you know, I was diagnosed with an
aggressive form of bladder cancer in 2005.
Until recently, I was working with doctors to
treat this disease. It's now over 2 years
later and I am no better off than I was
when I was first diagnosed!

I recently realized that depending on doctors

responsibility for my cancer and I know that
