Among the beneficial oils, olive and avocado oils are
touted as two of the healthiest. Olive and avocado oil
contain monounsaturated fat, which can lower total
cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol
in the blood by lowing acidity. This is a good thing.

Choosing olive or avocado oil is a bit like choosing
wine. There are different grades, and some are more

should be no more than one year old.

of about six to twelve months. Storage in a cool dark

Natural Antioxidants Help To Reverse Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Millions of children in the United States are
diagnosed every year with Attention Deficit
Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and until this
time the primary treatment has been the use of
acidic stimulant medications such as Ritalin.

A new European study shows, however, that an
antioxidant plant extract called Pycnogenol
from the bark of a French pine tree may reduce
ADHD.

According to the study, Pycnogenol works by
buffering acidic stress hormones, which in
turn lowers the acids of adrenaline and
dopamine, thereby improving children's
attention and reducing hyperactivity.

In a study of 57 nine-year-olds in Slovakia, 41
patients received Pycnogenol and 16 received a
placebo for one month. Acidic stress hormones
were measured in the children before, during,
and after the treatment. The acid adrenaline was
reduced by about 26 percent while taking Pycnogenol,
and the acid dopamine by about 10 percent. Both
rose again when Pycnogenol was discontinued.

"The findings acknowledge that children with ADHD
have dramatically elevated levels of stress hormones
known to increase heart rate and blood pressure,
causing excitement, arousal and irritability, as
compared to children without ADHD symptoms," said
one of the authors of the study, Dr. Peter Rohdewald
of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at
Germany's University of Munster. "The findings
of this study demonstrate a significant stress
hormone lowering effect for a nutritional
supplement for the first time."

Vaccine Caused Meningococcal (Meningitis) Dis-Ease

According to a patient survey published in "Drug Safety," doctors frequently ignored or dismissed patients' complaints about side effects of statin drugs. This study offers strong suggestion that this pattern of dismissal extend to other drugs, including highly acidic vaccinations,as well.

This pattern highlights the problem of the severe under-reporting of the acidic adverse drug reactions, leading both doctors and patients to believe that drugs are far safer than they really are. In reality, as many as 90 to 99 percent of all serious side effects are never reported, and therefore never included in the equation.

Adverse side effects following vaccinations should be reported to the federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). However, like all other adverse event reporting, it is still voluntary.

It is estimated that fewer than 10 percent of adverse events after vaccinations are ever reported to VAERS, perhaps even as low as one to four percent.

Most doctors will simply deny the possibility that an acidic vaccine has harmed a healthy patient, and when the highly acidic vaccine is mandatory, their denial can run even deeper. Most frequently, in the case of mandated acidic vaccines, the strategy used is to highlight the seriousness of the disease, while denying the potential complications from the acidic vaccine itself.

Meningococcal dis-ease (acids on the brain and around the spinal cord) and the highly acidic and toxic Menactra vaccine are one such case in point.

Meningococcal dis-ease is a serious condition of systemic acidosis from diet, metabolism and drugs that localizes around the covering of your brain and spinal cord that can lead to brain damage, loss of limbs, and death. It is, however, a very rare dis-ease, affecting between 1,400 to 2,800 American adults and children each year.

Dr. Robert O. Young, a scientific researcher on the effects of dietary and metabolic acids states, "Every case of Meningococcal dis-ease is the result of lifestyle and dietary acids from an excess of sugar and animal protein in the diet, metabolic acids and the use of acidic drugs such as antibiotics and vaccines."

"The increase of tissue acidity will always result inthe biological transformation of the body tissue giving rise to an increase of bacteria and yeast. The increased bacteria and yeast counts are always a result of increased acidity from an acidic diet, metabolism and drugs and not the cause of dis-ease directly."

"The increase of acids that settle in and around the fatty tissues such as the brain causes acid inflammation and the subsequent brain swelling. The body will go into the preservation mode by increasing alkaline fluids around the acidic tissue to buffer or neutralize the poisonous excess tissue acidity that is causing the inflammation and swelling in and around the brain and spinal area."

"Current medical science suggests that there are 13 meningococcal organism subgroups, and five serotypes (A, B, C, Y, and W-135) that are responsible for nearly all cases of the disease worldwide. In the United States, they suggest serotypes B, C, and Y cause the majority of cases, but this is not the case."

"The cause of all symptoms of Meningococcal dis-ease is always the result of tissue acidosis from lifestyle and dietary choices and drugs. The five serotypes of bacteria are just the effects of cellular transformation or degeneration caused by the acidic waste products from an acidic lifestyle, diet, and drugs."

In 2005, Sanofi licensed an acidic vaccinal drug called Menactra vaccine in 2005, and the CDC recommends it for universal use in all 11- to 18- year olds. This highly acidic drug may be responsible for one-third of all cases of Meningococcal in the U.S. and more than 50 percent of the cases in young infants.

"The acidic effects of Menactra offers zero protection against Meningococcal dis-ease because it can only add more acidity to an already acidic condition of the blood and then tissues," states Dr. Young.

Many adverse acidic effects were found during Sanofi's clinical trials, and two deaths have been reported to VAERS since its release. Within its first year, five cases of Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS) were also reported to VAERS, which prompted the FDA to issue a warning for parents and doctors to monitor for signs of GBS after administrating the vaccine. By October 2006, 15 cases of GBS had been reported.

With the current push for the acidic HPV (Gardasil) vaccine, it should also be noted that adverse event reports in cases where Gardasil and Menactra were administered simultaneously have skyrocketed.

When Gardasil was administered at the same time as Menactra, reports of:

* Guillain Barre Syndrome increased by 1,000 percent* Respiratory problems increased by 114 percent
* Cardiac problems increased by 118 percent
* Neuromuscular and coordination problems increased by 234 percent, and
* Convulsions and nervous system problems increasedby 301 percent.

The answer to the increase of all of the above acidic conditions is simple - you cannot buffer or neutralizethe degenerative effects of dietary and/or metabolic acids from an acidic lifestyle and diet with highly acidic andtoxic vaccines! The result in using acid to destroy acid will only cause more acidic symptoms that may result in death.

Dr Young states, "I have yet to see throwing kerosene on a raging fire to put it out ever work. When we use vaccines or antibiotics to prevent or to put out a raging acidic fire (inflammation) from within our body we will only create a new fire in a healthy body or even a bigger more dangerous acidic fire in an already unhealthy body."

According to Dr. Young the reversal or prevention ofany dis-ease, including Meningococcal dis-ease is simple, "live and eat an alkaline lifestyle and diet."

"The simple underlining principal for the prevention and the reversal of ALL dis-ease is to maintain or re-establish the alkaline design of the body. This can be done when we focus our daily lifestyle and diet with faith, hope, love, peace and forgiveness, adequate rest, daily exercise for at least 1 hour, 3 to 4 liters of alkaline water, 12 servings of green fruits and vegetables, 75 to 100 grams of healthy poly-unsaturated oils and 10 to 12 grams of mineral salts."

Cell Phone Use Causes High Frequency Hearing Loss

Hold the phone -- long-term use of a cell phone may cause inner ear damage and can lead to high frequency hearing loss, according to a new study.

According to research presented at the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Foundation's Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO in Washington, DC, 100 people who had used mobile phones for over a year suffered increases in the degree of hearing loss over the span of 12 months. Furthermore, the study also discovered that people who used their phones for more than 60 minutes a day had a worse hearing threshold than those with less use.

High frequency hearing loss is characterized by the loss of ability to hear consonants such as s, f, t, and z, even though vowels can be heard normally. Consequently, people hear sounds but cannot make out what is being said.

The research warns users of cell phones to look out for ear symptoms such as ear warmth, ear fullness, and ringing in the ears (tinnitus) as early warning signs that you may have an auditory abnormality. They also suggest the use of earphones, which they found to be safer than holding a mobile phone up to the ears.

"The possible cause of the ear symptoms may be comingfrom the EMF (electric-magnetic frequencies) from manyphones that emit a magnetic field greater then3 milli-gauss. Many cells phones other then Verizonphones will emit electro-magnetic frequencies in the50 to 100 milli-gauss. The EPA (Environmental ProtectionAgency) has determined that EMF greater then3 milli-gauss may be harmful to human health," states Dr. Robert O. Young, a scientific researcher of electro-magnetic fields.

Dr. Young further states, "EMF is the most toxic environmental pollutant ever invented by man inthe last 100 years and is destructive to plant,animal and human life."

The Biggest Threat To Your Health

The biggest threat to the health of most Americans is the health-care system itself. More and more people are being drawn into treatment as a result of an astonishing increase in diagnoses, and ever-expanding definitions of what constitutes a disease or dis-ease.

This actually places these 'patients' in greater danger than if they were simply left alone.
One problem is the medicalization of everyday life; everyday experiences such as insomnia, sadness, or twitchy legs are now being diagnosed as sleep disorder, depression, or restless leg syndrome. Especially troublesome is the medicalization of childhood, where trouble reading becomes dyslexia and unhappiness is deemed depression.

Another problem is the drive to diagnose disease early. Illnesses are now being identified in those with no symptoms, but who are merely 'at risk.' However, advanced technologies such as CT scans, ultrasounds, thermoscans, MRI and PET scans can detect subtle flaws that make practically everyone 'at risk!'

Meanwhile, at the same time, the definitions or diseases are expanding, as experts drop the thresholds for diagnosing diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis and obesity. The level of cholesterol deemed 'normal' has dropped several times. Merely because of these changes, more than half the population is now 'diseased.'

This epidemic of diagnoses has in turn led to an epidemic of treatments. And while not all treatments have benefits, almost all of them have harms. While the harms may outweigh the benefits for the severely ill, they can be far worse than the 'disease' for those with only mild symptoms.

I have said many times that the cures for "ALL" disease and dis-ease is found in their prevention not in their treatment.

In fact, disease and/or dis-ease is the body in preservation mode trying to maintain its alkaline design while buffering dietary and metabolic acids.

Health is all about energy and disease is the loss of that energy. Those seeking for true health and true energy will find it when they learn how to maintain the alkaline design of their body.

Food Additives Cause Hyperactivity in Children

Parents have long maintained that food additives cause hyperactivity in their children, and now there’s a new study out of Britain confirming their belief. In an authoritative, double-blind study, the Brits have proved — contrary to food industry skepticism — that common food dyes as well as the food preservative sodium benzoate which are allhighly acidic can trigger hyperactivity in many children.

How definitive is the study? In light of the new findings, Britain’s Food Standards Agency issued an immediate advisory urging parents to limit their child’s intake of food additives if there are signs they affect behavior.

The study was led by Jim Stevenson, a psychology professor at England’s University of Southampton, and it demonstrated that hyperactivity could be set off both by acidic food dyes and by the acidic preservative sodium benzoate, which is commonly found in soft drinks, fruit juices, and even salad dressings. About 300 children in two age groups participated, a group of 3-year-olds and a group of 8- and 9-year-olds. In a controlled, double-blind study carried out over three one-week periods, the children were given one of three fruit drinks that all tasted exactly alike. One drink was additive-free, the second contained the amount of acidic dye and sodium benzoate found in a typical British child’s diet, and the third had additives in a lower concentration.

The children drank each of the three drinks for a week while under the observation of teachers, parents, and graduate students, all of whom used standardized behavior-evaluation tools to watch for hyperactivity. In both age groups, Stevenson discovered that the children were significantly more hyperactive when they drank the juice with the most acidic additives. Both groups responded to the reduced-additive drink, but the 3-year-olds had a bigger response than the older children. Within each age group, some children responded strongly to the drinks with acidic additives, while other children didn’t respond at all. The research team is looking into the possibility of genetic differences for an explanation of the range of sensitivity.

Dr. Robert O. Young stated, "the difference in thereactions by the children in the different age groupsto the acidic dyes and preservatives wasin relationship to each child's ability to buffer andthen eliminate these toxins from their body."

The researchers concluded that food additives alone could not cause full-blown ADHD (attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder), but warned that “these adverse effects could affect the child’s ability to benefit from the experience of school.”

Psychiatrist Edward Hallowell, author of several ADHD books, said he advises parents to steer their children away from food containing dyes and preservatives. He also cautions about giving children sweets. “I’ve seen too many kids who flip out after soda and birthday cake,” he said. “I urge them to eat whole foods. They’ll be healthier anyway.”

Dr Young suggests, "the ideal diet that will preventhyperactivity and attention-deficit in children is to eliminate ALL acidic foods and drinks (meat, dairy,sugar, soft drinks) and increase alkaline green fruits, veggies, oils, mineral salts and alkaline water every day."
