I can tell you that I have personally lost a lot of weight without going to the gym. You might have seen or know many people who go to the gym regularly, yet they do not lose any weight at all! This is because the most important factor for weight loss is to have a proper diet plan. What you eat will ultimately determine how your body is built.
2. The Importance Of A Right Diet
By eating the right way, you can trick your body to increase its metabolism at all times of the day, even if you do not have time to exercise and workout.
3. Eating At The Right Intervals Per Day
This diet works by making your body burn calories and fats at higher than normal activity levels. You do this by eating radically different types of foods at particular times of the day. Food is the most powerful prescription that will decide whether you lose weight or not. Most people do not get fat as a result of poor exercise, but because they eat foods at the wrong times during the day.
Also, the pattern that you choose to eat your meals each day is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills. This is true because your body is like an "engine" and it only needs certain foods at certain intervals each day, and if you don't eat the right foods at the right times then it won't burn those calories -- and you'll wind up storing those calories as fat tissue. You need to eat more than 3 times per day to lose weight.
4. Increasing Your Body Metabolism
To effective lose weight easily, the most important thing you must do is to increase your body metabolism. Exercising is certainly helpful, but your metabolism levels will only be increased during your exercise period, and a few hours after that. To ensure that it remains high throughout the day, you need to make the right adjustments to your diet.
